Growing up together in the same church and school, Roy & Janeal dated other people, but when those relationships didn’t work out, their friendship blossomed into something more. In the last year of high school they started out as friends but then Roy didn’t go away 😂 He made sure Janeal knew he was interested and they starting dating. A little unexpected at first, but exactly what they both needed! Almost four years later, here we are at their happily ever after!!

Loved the mixture of simple elegance and rustic flair in Janeal & Roy day. Their elegant ceremony took place in Riverdale Assembly of God. Their reception took place in 1903 Barn! What a fun, rustic, new-to- me venue!! These two optioned to keep their wedding day traditional so they did not do a first look, however they did a next day session so they for sure got beautiful Wedding Portraits. 🙌🏻 This is a wonderful solution if you opt to not do a first look. SOOO glad they did! We were able to switch locations and outfits!! And why not!?! The more portraits the better if you ask me! (…the photographer lol 😂)

I seriously enjoy getting to know my couples during their engagement before the stress of the big day. It only helps these couples to make their day extra special if the person photographing them actually cares about them and their special friends and family. I have had the immense honor of photographing 4 Cousins Weddings from the same family!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Thank you one and all for trusting me with your big day! I love these sweet, kind, fun, God-loving couples and watching your family grow is a delight! Very glad I met each of you. Praying God blesses each of you amazing couples!
