Emily & Michael’s beautiful Wedding took place at Hummingbird Hollow in Porterville, CA. Surrounded by orange orchards, this venue was the perfect backdrop for Emily and Michael’s wildflower, rustic themed wedding. Hummingbird Hollow has pretty little pocket gardens with climbing ivy, star jasmine, on rustic metal and wood that gave us so many pretty little portrait areas. Loved the bridesmaids differing bouquets against their fun, floral, blue ruffled dresses.

Every wedding is unique and special. Seeing the couple’s vision unfold on their big day is one of my favorite parts. Everything came together….. Well, Emily & Michael had one “little” detail NOT able to come together as they had originally planned. But this surprise was soooo much fun and special!! One of Michael’s best man, Louie, is deployed on the other side of the world and was unable to attend the wedding, so he sent in a life-size cut out of himself to “stand in” for him. YUP!! 😂 It was AWESOME!!!! Louie, You might have fallen over during the windy ceremony, but don’t worry, your friends helped you up!!!! 😂

Emily & Michael’s reception was so fun! Under a beautiful summer sunset, We were able to sneak away for a quick few minutes for some beautiful Just Married Portraits. If you are planning a wedding currently, follow Emily & Michael by scheduling a few moments together in the prettiest light of the day! You won’t regret it!!! Sneaking back in the reception I enjoyed the touching toasts from Madi and Rey and even Louie made a video appearance. EVERYONE was out dancing on this lovely, June evening. From the youngest nieces & nephews to Emily’s Grandparents and everyone in between. So, so fun to see everyone having such a great time celebrating these two college sweethearts under the twinkle lights! Wishing these two lovers the very best as they start their newest chapter together!!!
