In December of 2014 neither Matt nor Darlinda were looking for love or a relationship. They were both busy working parents just trying to do the best they could. A mutual friend set them up on a blind date, neither expected much … but after that first date, that all changed. They have been inseparable ever since that first date! Blending their two families together and creating new beautiful memories together is top priority.

Matt and Darlinda’s Wedding took place at Whitney’s Wild Oak Ranch Venue. November in the countryside is so pretty!! From a Victorian Home, several fountains and waterfalls, to the fun rustic barn, this was a FUN place to capture. Fall colors everywhere you look. Picturesque fields with beautiful horses, scattered around with a few cattle… oh and a buffalo?!? lol So Awesome! I didn’t get a chance to photograph the buffalo but it sure was a fun site to see as you pull up into this beautiful venue. 🙂

LOVED that Darlinda opted to do a first look with her son and her now husband. Her son’s expression when he saw his mama all dolled up was totally heart warming, such a sweetheart!! First Looks are so fun to capture! The sweet emotions, joyful hugs and laughters are precious.
